We enjoyed getting creative with stencils and paint to design beautiful woodland animals and learned all about hibernating animals and how they survive the winter.

We’ve been exploring a new nursery rhyme every week; clapping out the syllables, spotting rhyming words, and having lots of fun with sounds and rhythm.

Our topic has been ”Ourselves” and we’ve loved learning all about what makes us unique. We created wonderful self-portraits, shared our likes and dislikes, and talked about how to keep our bodies healthy by eating healthy food, washing our hands and brushing our teeth. We even used autumn leaves to decorate the first letter of our names — a lovely way to celebrate ourselves and the season!
