Harmony Primary Wins Best Primary School of the Year!

We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to announce that Harmony Primary School, who were nominated for an award at the Education Awards, were crowned Best Belfast Primary School of the Year at the Local Women Magazine Education Awards, held at the Europa Hotel on Saturday evening.

This fantastic achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our wonderful staff, pupils and wider school community. We are extremely proud to receive this recognition and would like to thank everyone who contributes to making Harmony Primary School such a special place to learn, grow and succeed.

Mrs Johnston proudly collected the award and paid testament to the wonderful children of Harmony Primary School and their families. Whilst being interviewed, Mrs Johnston commented on the reason why Harmony won the best school award was because we have the best pupils, stating that our school motto came to life on Saturday night; TOGETHER WE LEARN, TOGETHER WE SUCCEED IN HARMONY.

Later on, she paid tribute to the help and support of Vice Principal, Joanne Hughes and Board of Governors, in particular, John MacVicar.
